Every CUZY module

HumHub marketplace
Install any free or paid marketplace module from the administration screen, as on a self-hosted instance. Professional Edition modules excepted.
Your address, your domain
Start at yourname.cuzy.app, rename it when you like, then point your own domain or subdomain. Certificates are automatic.
Email that arrives
Notification emails leave through an authenticated sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, monitored for deliverability. Business can send from its own domain.
Isolation per community
One container, one database, one file store and one cache namespace per customer. Resources are capped so a neighbor can never slow you down.
Encrypted backups
Daily (Team) or hourly (Business) backups, encrypted before they leave the server, stored with a separate provider in the same region, restore-tested on a schedule. Where your data is.
Updates without surprises
Security fixes within 48 hours. HumHub releases after a canary phase, announced two weeks ahead for minor versions; Business may defer once.
Monitoring and support
Uptime, health and backups watched continuously; a public status page; tickets answered on business days in English and French, priority and WhatsApp on Business.

Everything you know from HumHub is there. A "CUZY Hosting" screen in the administration shows your plan, usage, trial days and lets you open a support ticket.
- Manage the subscription on cuzy.app
Your customer dashboard shows status, usage, availability, activity log, domains, exports and invoices. Change plan, rename, add a domain or delete the community yourself.

Send us a database dump and your uploads folder. We import them into a hosted community, check every module and the theme, run the trial next to your current instance and switch your domain when you say so. Included in Business onboarding, on request for Team. Migration and other services.
