Maintenance of your HumHub instance
We can maintain your self-hosted HumHub instance to ensure maximum service continuity and prevent data leakage or loss. This offer has limited availability: we take on a small number of instances so that each one gets the attention it needs.
What maintenance includes
- Core, module1 and theme2 updates as needed, and at least every 3 months
- Database integrity and backup checks every 3 months
- Monitoring: notification in case of downtime or errors in the logs
- Resolution of the problems found
- Support if you notice a bug, by email or phone
- Protection against intrusion attempts
- Global review of the configuration: modules, settings, files, server prerequisites, email delivery, domain DNS records and scheduled tasks
- For instances on your own server: server updates keeping HumHub compatible, local and remote backups, restoration when needed
(1) Only for modules published on the HumHub marketplace by HumHub and CUZY.
(2) Only for HumHub or CUZY themes.
What is not included
- Maintenance of third-party or custom modules
- Custom themes and their adjustments
- Custom code changes
- Software other than HumHub
- Support beyond HumHub core bugs
- Errors caused by users
- Fees of third-party services (hosting, email delivery, domain names)
- GDPR compliance documentation
- Search engine optimization

Requirements
- Hosting at a reputable provider
- A transactional email service for the emails sent by HumHub
- Server access and an administrator account on the instance
- Only modules and themes maintained by HumHub or CUZY
- An up-to-date HumHub core, without errors in the console
- No modification of the code on the server
