Questions from company intranet
Can HumHub replace SharePoint or Confluence as an intranet?
For communication, collaboration spaces, wiki documentation and a company directory, yes. For heavy document management HumHub integrates Nextcloud instead of replacing it. Most customers keep their office suite for files and use HumHub as the social and informational layer.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts?
Yes. Members sign in with their existing account through OpenID Connect or SAML-compatible identity providers (Keycloak, Entra ID, Google), and groups can be synchronized.
Can a small company without an IT team run a HumHub intranet?
Yes. On CUZY Hosting there is nothing to install or maintain: the community is created in two minutes with the usual modules enabled, and updates, backups and monitoring are done by CUZY. Administration happens in the browser, and the price does not grow with the number of employees.
How long does a rollout take?
