Bitrix24 is a proprietary business suite: CRM, tasks and projects, communication, websites and HR tools, sold as cloud plans by user count and storage, and as a separately licensed on-premise edition. Its intranet is one part of a much larger product.

HumHub is open source, so self-hosting is free and needs no separate license. CUZY Hosting is the managed option; the export from it runs on your own servers unchanged.
Yes, with the Tasks module (task lists per space, assignments, deadlines) and the Calendar module, plus surveys, polls and wiki. It does not replace a project-management suite with Gantt charts and time tracking.
